Now that we know how to gain access to a list in SharePoint 2007 (see a previous blog post for details), we will now take a look at some other common operations you may need to perform on a list using Visual Studio 2008.

In this article, we will take a look at how to use Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) for inter-process communication between applications on the same machine or over the network.
